So whats going to happen at a Hypnotic House Party for Weight Loss? Essentially we are going to get together and hang out. You will bring a blanket and a pillow or even a Yoga mat if you would like to stretch out. Justin James will hypnotize everyone in the group and give you powerful hypnotic suggestions while some music plays in the background. It will be like daydreaming or taking a nice nap.

The amateur razor clam chowder cook-off draws dozens of folks showing their “razor clam chowder” skills and is judged by professional chefs as well as 2016 amateur winners, in this case a team including Tyson and Annelise Diers from NewCastle and Nick and Katie Harmston. Visitors are likely to be able to taste some other restaurant seafood specialties as well. Wine and food pairing demonstrations was also very popular last year and likely to be very busy again. This year, there will be cooking demonstrations on the Main Stage to peak your interest. Tickets will be for sale to enjoy “Foods From Around the World” and wine during the demonstrations.
For those visiting that like shopping to go with their food tasting, nearly six dozen vendors will offer everything from jams and jelly to jewelry and lamps and more. Pirates providing treasures for adults and kids alike are always a hit with the visitors. Games for the kids at the festival always make for great memories.

An Advance Directive is a written statement of your wishes regarding medical treatment, often including a living will, made to ensure those wishes are carried out should you be unable to communicate them. Advance Directives also ensure that your loved ones are not burdened with making stressful decisions.

The course will weave through downtown Elma, past the high school and back through the community, ending on Summit Pacific’s community wellness trail and healing garden.

The Peak Health Wellness Fair will host more than 30 vendors who will be providing free information, giveaways and health screenings such as vision, hearing, blood pressure and glucose testing. Thanks in part to Summit Pacific Medical Foundation, children will have access to free bike helmets (while supplies last), important safety lessons at the bike rodeo hosted by Elma High School and have an opportunity to tour vehicles such as an ambulance and fire truck. Some other crowd favorite activities are the massage and reflexology booths!

Students also have the opportunity to earn Microsoft Imagine Academy certifications and industry-recognized credentials in healthcare or information technology via hands-on, practical experience.
