I was sure hoping she had been found by now.

I've linked her profile from National Center For Missing and Exploited Children to other message boards I frequent. The more who know, the better her chances of being found.

I can recall only one other missing child in GH (early 80's) and that case is still unsolved.

It's terrifying.

"Lindsey Baum is afraid of the dark.

She’s also a bit superstitious." - the Baum family......

The first two sentences from the Daily World article regarding the missing girl. If according to the family she was "afraid of the dark", why would she be out walking around at night as the family stated earlier.

She disappeared around 9 or 9:30. Doesn't get dark this time of year for another hour or so after that.

I wondered about that as I read the DW report yesterday, which, as I recall, indicated it was still light at 9:15 PM. "The sun was still out."

I shouldn't say so; but reading the girl's mother's remarks, as reported in the DW, I am wondering if she might know something more than it has been reported that she has said.

It was definitely light out at 9:15, probably until almost 10. I was actually going to Shelton through McCleary on Friday night, about that time, actually. We just drove the normal 108 through town, but I'm still racking my brain for anything I might have seen. The only thing I can remember at all was the guys setting up the fireworks trailer by the park. Doesn't seem very helpful.
