Ha! Eating the yummy Heritage pig bacon as I type this.
Speaking of...does anybody know if Michael's Meats let's you order pig and then preps/cuts it for you? I'd rather buy it more local (Heritage is in Rochester) but our beef gets sent by the guy who raises it to Heritage so we've just done the lazy thing and gotten both at the same place. If not Michael, anyplace else that's in Grays Harbor?
