I wonder what part the theme of Friday's debate played in McCain's suggestion that it be delayed.

It is scheduled to focus on foreign policy and national security, McCain's alleged strong suit. The wind has been taken out of those sails leaving McCain with no platform to tell us he was a POW and is tough on terrorists.

It's the economy stupid.
