I only store passwords for critical stuff like that on my home computer. And then you have to use a password to get into my user account.
But that's a good point we should all be aware of!

The laptop, a Sony with a 12" screen, which was snatched was my only computer.
I now have a Dell with 13" screen at home and a Dell Mini 8 for the road.

Bummer. I guess that's a good argument for always having a computer that never leaves home. Not that a thief couldn't still get in and take it.
Well, none of the places where I store financial data allow me to store passwords in my browser anyway. But I suppose a really good thief could find a techno-buddy to dig out that information somehow. But, hopefully, not before I've had a chance to call around and change the passwords.
Hmmmm...feeling far less secure than I was just a few minutes ago.

I guess that's a good argument for always having a computer that never leaves home. Not that a thief couldn't still get in and take it. Unfortunately, I know how true this can be. Fortunately, the only financial information I had on that computer was for my campaign, and that was all public knowledge (if someone were to ask for it, anyhow), and easily reproduced.

I bought one. It's a nice piece of technology. Is it perfect? No. I wish it supported Flash, there are times I want it to multitask, but, as many of Apple's products are, it is cool. The screen is to die for, video looks insane, and the apps that are built for it, really shines. I have never been an early adopter, but I'm glad it did. Typed, previewed, and sent from the iPad.
