This was on the Opie and Anthony show on Sirius. When they brought this guy in off the street they had no idea he could sing. It was just going to be a radio bit promoting their upcoming "homeless shopping spree" During the interview it came up that he has written some songs and could play guitar. So they went and got the man a guitar ...
Couple of f-bombs in the song, just as a forewarning.
Well, the words are still heart-tuggers. Especially coming from a homeless man who, I would guess, feels outside of normal society. And I love the way he sang it.

Opie & Anthony are on XM, just to clarify. The show isn't on Sirius, unless you get the "Best of XM" package.
Mustard was one of the guys who was going to be on the show's "Homeless Shopping Spree" at a shopping mall in New Jersey, but the event was shut down because all of the malls in the greater New York-New Jersey area didn't want the homeless walking around their stores (even with security and O&A fans paying thousands of dollars for the homeless to spend on).
He's on the show every once in a while now and one of the guys is trying to get him into the studio to do an EP worth of songs to publish.
