Have a question for anyone who might know. My oldest son has been itching for me to take him out target practicing. He's finished up his gun safety course and ready to go.

I haven't been for quite a few years so I'm out of touch. When I was younger my dad would just take me out up into the power lines out in the central park area. Curious where people go now.

I usually go to the Upper Donovan which is off of Wynoochee-Wishkah Rd (thirteen corners area). Last I checked it was posted with a yellow dot meaning it is open to the public on weekends. It might even be back to green dot.

I would politely suggest not going to the powerlines in Central Park. Its not part of the no shoot area for Central Park but it pisses off the neighbors.

I'll find out tomorrow if the Upper Donovan is open on week-ends for you.
