I never broke any rules, that I know about, and the department delayed me for over 8 weeks. I had to get a container rather than use a garage because of the unnecessary delays. The newspaper is well aware of the what I took off building and planning. The damage they caused is burned into my soul with every step in the mud because of the delays.
