Okay, a misleading title, but really, not too surprising. I have a hard time buying universal grammar, at least as how it is explained in this article. The fact is, there are a lot of people that don't understand their native language very well (it's not limited to English speakers).

On a somewhat related note, a few months ago the World said that they wouldn't publish the term 'teabagger' in LTEs anymore because of its sexual connotation. That however, didn't stop them from printing an editorial cartoon with the word smack dab in the middle (I think it was on the 4th)...
