If she would only move to Channel Point... I'm sure you know this, and have probably done it. Just in case: you can go to Channel Point and buy lunch any day of the week. I'm not sure how to find out what's on the menu, but going there once in a while may help a transition to a permanent move. I remember my mother-in-law complaining about the suggestion to go to Channel Point: "Why would I want to be around all those old people?" She was 80 or darn near 80 at the time, I think.

She has friends who live there and a club that meets there once a month so she has been there quite a bit. When she used to drive, she also attended some of the functions there when friends invited her. But now, when we try to take her there, she won't get out of the car. What can you do? Drag her in kicking and screaming? Do you know Doris Hircock? She recently said to me "your mom is the most bull-headed woman I've ever met". And that was before the Alzheimer's has made her paranoid and angry.

I wondered about that change, I was on vacation when it happened so I figured if it was news at all it was old news by then. I wonder how many people crawl in at 2:30 and still think they're in "Denny's"

You got something against health?
Why do you hate chiropractors?
