After reading that I'll be sure to stay away from their products. I know several gamers, myself included, that will now go out of their way to give their money to someone else. I've dealt with horrible customer service but they never resorted to calling me "dude" or "bro"... and most of them at least got my name right, even if they spelled it wrong.
If you've never been to PAX it's VERY worth it, it's like a comicon with free alpha and beta video games. (It's also how I got on the Tribes Ascend beta team)

Oh yeah, this guy is done. He's sent emails apologizing if you could call it that and also asking for help.

Hey Mike,
I just wanted to apologize for the way our emails progressed I didn’t know how big your site was and I really didn’t believe you ran Pax , So for what’s its worth I am very sorry. Your post has obviously made my life very difficult and I have not slept yet dealing with all the spam and personal information intrusion as well as my family being smeared on the internet.
If you can please accept my apology and anything you can do to help if not me my son and wife please do. I have apologized to Dave and apologized to you what else can I do please tell me so I can make things good. I obviously care or I would not be emailing you.
Oh and to be fair he was just representing a company. They've since parted ways, can't say I blame them. It isn't their fault he was such a tard though I would hazard a guess and say they probably had received complaints about him before all this. There was another example of Paul's pristine customer service back in June from another set of emails.... I think it's on NatesNetwork.com.
It just amazes me the level of stupidity people can have these days. His website says they do social networking management and SEO... he should know how the internets work by now... you'd think.
