That's what I was thinking. Someone owns it and someone manages it...right into the ground. Somehow something went wrong along the way, and perhaps a people problem or two happened to help the result we have there today. Even the location seems a bit questionable.

Could have been worse. In the late '70's there was a plan to put a mall where the Lake Aberdeen Road intersects Hwy 12. Or, to put it another way, on top of the old dump, across the road from the current one.
