There is nothing better than tasting the local flavors while visiting the Washington Coast. Local breweries serve up some of the area’s finest beers, including IPAs, stouts, lagers and more. Some also serve up some of the best food around. Here is where to find local breweries in Grays Harbor

They have 12 rotating taps at their Aberdeen location, so there is always something new to try, including local ciders and seltzers. A fan favorite is the Hawaiian Chieftain, named after the ketch formally owned by the Grays Harbor Historical Seaport.
This Grays Harbor brewery is family-friendly and dogs are allowed on the patio. The menu has something for the whole family as well, with traditional pub food including tacos, wings and nachos. Be sure to try their beer-battered fries! Burgers, sandwiches and flatbread pizza round out the menu.

Since then, they have continued to expand their offerings. They pride themselves in having “something for everyone.” Hoquiam Brewing Co. craft beers include IPAs, lagers, stouts and ales. They also serve hard cider, seltzers and local wines.

Bandana Brewing Co
124 West Simpson Avenue, McCleary
This locally-owned brewery in McCleary is family-friendly and has nine rotating taps of craft beers, along with canned beer and non-alcoholic options. While Bandana Brewing Co. does not brew its own beer, yet, everything they offer is local to the Pacific Northwest. The owner, Deven Campbell, is a former brewmaster at Hoh River Brewing, and he hopes to scale up to a microbrewery in a few years. Find beers from Grays Harbor here, as well as Thurston County.
Bandana Brewing Co. has a large menu with everything from cheese curds to salads and a kids menu. They have gourmet pizza too, with a gluten-free, cauliflower crust option.
