Remember to check out your city’s rules about fireworks for New Year’s Eve! Ocean Shores allows fireworks on the beach between Damon Beach and Marine View Beach Approach from 6 p.m. December 31 to 1 a.m. January 1. Fireworks must be set off at least 100 feet from the dunes and aimed away from them. No fireworks are allowed in the city or on decks or balconies of hotels and homes. No bottle rocket-type fireworks.

Want to ring in 2026 with a bang? Head to the Westport Marina for a family-friendly fireworks show starting at 9 p.m. The event is free and great for all ages.
New Year’s Clam Digs at Copalis and Twin Harbors
Love seafood? Spend NYE digging up some clams at Copalis and Twin Harbors starting at 3:55 p.m. on December 31 and continuing the evening of January 1! This date is tentative, so check that’s been confirmed before heading out. Then, ring in 2026 with freshly baked clams.
