Damsels, knights, fairies and more are heading to Grays Harbor in 2026! The Grays Harbor Historical Seaport is hosting a Renaissance faire in Grays Harbor September 11-13, 2026! The GraysHaven Renaissance and Fantasy Faire promises to be a whimsical break from reality.
“GraysHaven is designed to be an annual event to generate resources and awareness for the Grays Harbor Historical Seaport and the Lady Washington,” shares Valerie Scanlan, board member, event committee co-chair and interim volunteer coordinator for the Seaport.
The Grays Harbor Historical Seaport is a nonprofit organization with a mission to provide “educational, vocational, recreational, and ambassadorial activities and experiences that promote and preserve our maritime history.” This new event will showcase everything the Seaport has to offer while entertaining and delighting all ages.

The GraysHaven Renaissance and Fantasy Faire is still in its early stages. Valerie shares that they plan on revealing more information about the fair, including its theme and backstory, during the coming months with a series of video trailers. “We are currently collaborating with both local and regional theater groups, musicians, craftspeople and the Society for Creative Anachronism to build an amazing Faire,” shares Valerie. If you are not familiar with the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA), it is a nonprofit organization that does historically accurate, role-playing events.
Without giving too much away, Valerie hints at the fun that will be coming in September. “There will be multiple stages, street performers, food, games, and plenty of costumed community,” she says. “We have many exciting things in the works that will absolutely set GraysHaven apart from other Renaissance and Fantasy Faires, however we are not in competition but in collaboration with the Faire community!”

2026 Renaissance Faire in Western Washington to Set Sail in Aberdeen
Head to Aberdeen September 11-13, 2026 for the first GraysHaven Renaissance and Fantasy Faire. The Faire will run from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. all three days. There will be after-hour events from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, which will require a separate ticket. Ticket prices will be announced March 3 and will go on sale April 4.
