McCleary Museum Free Family Carnival to Celebrate America’s 250th Birthday

Attend this fun, free family event to celebrate America 250 in McCleary! There will be a pie-eating contest, traditional carnival games, a patriotic costume contest and more at the McCleary Museum.
Oakville Independence Celebration Parade & Car Show
June 27
Highway 12, downtown Oakville
This year Oakville is having their Fourth of July parade early! Head to Highway 12 on June 27 and join in on the parade that starts at 11 a.m. – all are welcome!
Then stay for a car show, craft vendors, kids zone and a beer garden from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. between School and Park Streets.
Register for the parade and car show online for $10 or register day of outside the Oakville School from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. for $20.
Seabrook Porch Illumination Celebration

Seabrook pulls out all the stops and decorates with red, white and blue for the annual Porch Illumination Celebration! You can vote for your favorite decorated porch as you stroll through the quaint town enjoying the displays. Get a map and ballot from Seabrook Guest Services. Prizes are awarded for Most Creative/Original, Most Fun and Best Overall Appearance.
If you want to participate in the decorating contest, be sure to sign up by July 3 at 12 p.m. to be included on the ballot.

Mid-Season 360 Sprint Challenge Giant Fireworks Show

If you want adrenaline-pumping action, fast cars, loud crowds that end with a big boom, head to the 360 Sprint Challenge at Grays Harbor Raceway on July 3. The races end with a giant fireworks show in celebration of July 4th in Elma!
Tokeland 4th Of July Parade/Picnic
July 4, 11 a.m.
Tokeland
Celebrate America 250 in Tokeland with a classic 4th of July Parade and Picnic! If you want to join the parade, line up at 10:30 a.m. at the Tokeland Marina. Entries are judged with awards giving for Best Children Entry, Best Car, Best Float, Judges’ Choice and Grand Prize.
Then, enjoy an old-fashioned picnic with sack races, water balloon toss and more.
Booming Bay Fireworks Display

Westport
While no fireworks are allowed on the beach, that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a full show! Head to the beach and grab a spot, then get ready for the cracks, pops and booms that will start at dusk over the Westport Marina.
Then, head to the beaches July 5th to help clean up with after the Fourth with Coast Savers!
Shoalwater Bay Casino’s Bash at the Bay
July 4
Head to the Shoalwater Bay Casino for their first annual Bash at the Bay! There will be food vendors, live entertainment and more! Headliner is Nick Cain. Be sure to stay for the America 250 fireworks show.

The Oakville Junior Rodeo always takes place around the Fourth of July. This year, watch all the fun July 11-12. Kids 2-18 will compete in rodeo events including bull/steer riding, team roping, pole bending and more.
