There is good news for travelers who use State Route 109 in Grays Harbor County. During the afternoon of Friday, January 8, Washington State Department of Transportation and City of Hoquiam crews reopened the highway.
The roadway had been closed since 5 a.m. Friday, Jan. 8 when crews discovered a large tree and mud slid onto the highway.
WSDOT would like to thank travelers for their patience as crews worked to reopen the highway.
