Meet Ferdinand (Ferdi), a 3-year-old, super affectionate, 55-pound, black chow. He was a stray and has discovered how much he really does appreciate human attention, a safe home and good meals. He has come a long way since arriving at the shelter and he is now ready to find his very own home with someone who will give him all the attention he deserves. Ferdi would do best in a home with calm adults or older kids. He would not be comfortable around young, noisy, active children. We are not sure about cats so best in a home without.
