The Aberdeen Rotary Club honors students that set themselves apart in their Academic, Athletic, and Community Service endeavors.

Jacob Jamieson achieved a 3.8 GPA and ranks 22nd in his class at Aberdeen High School. The recipient of 11 Student Scholar Athlete Awards and 9 varsity letters over the past four years. He has participated in track, football, cross-country, and wrestling for which he was team captain both Junior and Senior years.
Jacob has volunteered on the Work Crew at Washington Family Ranch, serving freshmen students from all over the state of Washington. Jacob was active in the Future Farmers of America as well. Jacob has studied ASL for all 4 years of high school. Jacob has also been very active in Grays Harbor Young Life and youth ministry activities.
Jacob is a participant in the Running Start Program through Grays Harbor College and will be graduating with an Associate of the Arts degree in June. He plans to attend Central Washington University to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences, then move to the University of Washington’s Medical School. His goal is to become an MD as a Family Practitioner.
Jacob is the son of Sean and Jacklyn Jamieson.
