There is nothing like a good, old-fashioned July Fourth celebration to kick of your summer. From hot dogs and apple pie to sparklers and firecrackers, there is no other holiday quite like it. Oakville Independence Celebration Parade & Car Show
Saturday, July 2
Highway 12, downtown Oakville
Oakville is having their annual Independence Celebration Parade & Car Show on Saturday, July 2. Check out the car show, food and craft vendors, and Talking Cedar beer garden! There will also be a kid’s zone! It all happens from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the parade at 11 a.m. down highway 12. Registration is now open for the parade. Save $5 by registering in advanced here. Parade check-in and staging for participants will take place from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The Junior Rodeo at the Oakville Regional Event Center will be going on throughout the day. Also happening July 4 weekend in Oakville is the Junior Rodeo! The rodeo riders will appear in the parade, and event participants can easily travel between the festival area and the rodeo grounds, which are just on the other side of the school. Westport Booming Bay Fireworks Display

The Wesport Fireworks Booming Bay Display is once again happening on Monday, July 4 starting at dusk at the Wesport Marina. Find a spot on the beach or watch from your car! For more information, visit the Westport-Grayland Chamber of Commerce website.

The Aberdeen Splash Festival is back in full swing for July Fourth 2022! There will be live entertainment, including comedy, music and magic by Eric Haine and Trevor & Lorena. The Mid-Season Championships at Elma Grays Harbor Raceway is happening once again just a few days after July Fourth, giving you one more chance to have some fun and see an awesome firework display in Grays Harbor. There will be all kinds of races, from 360 Sprint Cars and Super Stocks to IMCA Hobby Stock and Hornets. Then the night ends with the giant Q Mart Fireworks!
