A Wine and Food Tasting event featuring Northwest wineries, local distillers, and breweries along with local food vendors.
Come join the Grays Harbor Mounted Posse for their Gaming Buckle Series. Events take place at the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds Indoor Arena in Elma, November 4th & 5th at 9am. Events include: Poles, 2-barrel flags, Figure 8, Cal Stack, Key Race, and Barrels. Age divisions are: Pee Wee/8 and under, Junior /3rd.-5th grade, Intermediate/6th- 8th grade, Senior/ 9th.-12th grade, S. Senior/ 19.-34yrs old and Old Timers/35 and over. Cost to participate is just $25 for the day plus $5 arena fee. We offer a $5 discount for 4H or Equestrian team members. Events also include sorting, 2-man ranch and 3-man arena. The 98520 Music and Arts District Initiative is hosting a Benefit Concert for The Garage: Music and Arts Center featuring live music from Lisa Ramsauer, Donna Albert, Corey Morris & Geoffrey Hirschfeld. All ages welcome.
Enjoy this quarterly performance by GHC’s Jazz Band directed by Dr. William Dyer and Jazz Choir directed JR Lakey.
The Fall Grays Harbor Symphony Concert is titled Música Latino Sinfonía. It will feature orchestral music from Latin America, including: Danzon No. 2, by Marquez; El Salón México, by Copland; Huapango, by Moncayo; and Rhumba from the Latin American Symphony, by Gould. Featured on the bassoon will be Stephanie Octave performing the Ciranda das sete notas, by Villa-Lobos.

The GHC Opera Workshop presents Gian Carlo Menotti’s beloved one-act Christmas opera, a tale of a shepherd boy and his mother whose lives are changed forever when the Three Kings pass through their village on the way to Bethlehem. Presented in English.

Coming direct from the Branson, MO stage, enjoy authentic tunes from Hank Williams. Performer Tim Hadler sings some of Hank’s biggest and best hits, “Your Cheatin’ Heart,” “Hey Good Lookin’,” and “I’m So Lonesome, I Could Cry.”
There are musicians from 12 to 75 years of age. All getting together because they love to play band music.

Some Love Songs is a two day event featuring local and out of town musicians. Take your family, loved one, or just yourself out and check out a semi-Valentine’s Day themed night. Friday Night at the Aberdeen Eagles features rock, country and blues bands for all you hard and fast lovers. Sunday afternoon at The Garage: Music and Arts Center features singer/songwriter and jazz for you more gentle and sensual lovers.

Grays Harbor County Public Health & Social Services Department has teamed up with Grays Harbor Living to bring beautiful, local artwork to the county’s Pearsall Building.
On February 16, we will honor the local photographers whose work was selected to be printed, framed, and displayed.
We will gather in the Harbor Room (after you walk through the building entrance, continue straight ahead to the Harbor Room) to hear a few words from our staff and county commissioners, then we’ll go on a tour of the building to see the photographs on display.
Everyone is welcome to Chocolate Sundaes on Sunday. Select your toppings and create your own sundae. (Sugar-free options.) Benefits the Green Lantern Lunch Program.
Get inspired this St. Patrick’s Day by perusing original art created by the Grays Harbor community. North Coast Montessori, an elementary and middle school in Seabrook, Washington’s beach town, will host its second annual St. Patrick’s Day Art Show.
The exhibit will showcase original work in various media – including paintings, drawings, prints, photography, mixed media and sculpture – from artists of all ages who live or work in Grays Harbor County, Washington. Thirty percent of event proceeds will be donated to the North Coast Montessori Scholarship Fund, which contributes to full and partial scholarships to the school for students in grades K-8. The goal of the event is to provide scholarships for 1-2 students for the 2018-19 school year.
Guests can enjoy refreshments, green beer and champagne while appreciating local artists’ creations. After finding their next masterpiece, visitors can explore the surrounding area’s quaint shops, walking trails, parks and homes.
