This event is a benefit for Evan Klima who underwent a kidney transplant, just one day after finishing a marathon.
He has many challenges ahead, including many trips back to UW for appointments. The expense of these trips and all the medications create an enormous strain on his disability income. Evan keeps pushing on! His hope is to inspire those who are on dialysis and anyone who simply needs encouragement to face the challenges of life.
