Shaver Marionettes will present a winter puppet play about an elderly shoemaker, an impishly magical elf, a devoted daughter with baking issues, and a Queen who collects shoes!

A little further up the North Beach is a family friendly event from the creative folks at Seabrook WA. Seabrook Town Hall hosts the jolliest breakfast on the North Beach. Please plan to pay at the door. You can stay a bit and write a letter to Santa, get your family photo with Santa and paint a keepsake ornament.

What to expect: planting native plants along the Chehalis River; restoring previous planting efforts; some invasive removal; a winters day among friends; great birding opportunities.
What to bring: lunch and your preferred gloves. We have all the equipment needed and some gloves to spare!

The North Beach is celebrating a Decade of Decadence with “Death by Chocolate” at the 10th Annual Chocolate on the Beach Festival! Chocolate recipe contests, chocolate demonstrations, local chocolate food & drink contests and on Saturday and Sunday chocolatiers and craft vendors.
