You don’t have to wait until October 31 to put on a costume and get some treats – there are plenty of family-friendly, safe events happening throughout Grays Harbor this October. If you don’t have a good neighborhood for collecting goodies, or your kid wants an excuse to wear their costume more than once, check out these places to trick-or-treat in Aberdeen, Elma, Montesano and throughout Grays Harbor County.
October 26
Hot Rodder Trunk-or-Treat

1017 South Boone Street, Aberdeen
1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
This fun trick-or-treat in Aberdeen is for children of all ages. It’s hosted by the Test of Time Car Club and will be a fun event no matter the weather! Want to bring your car and join in on the fun? Have your decorated car at the mall by 10:00 a.m. Each car needs enough candy for 2,000 kids! They will also be raffling off a custom “little yellow wagon” with 50 percent of the ticket proceeds going to the non-profit Test of Time Car Club and 50 percent going to a local charity. Tickets are $1.

Halloweekend
Seabrook
4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Seabrook is pulling out all the stops for a fun Halloween event! Trick-or-Treat in Seabrook at numerous private residences and business, all decked out in their fall finest. Look for the glittery pumpkin that will tell you that location is participating in the Halloweekend event.

Harvest Festival
Grays Harbor Foursquare Church

The Grays Harbor Foursquare church is having its annual Harvest Festival in Aberdeen and it includes a trunk-or-treat event. There will also be a carnival with games, food, bounce houses, face painting and more. This is an even the whole family can dress up and enjoy together.

Haunted Lighthouse Trick-or-Treat Trail

4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
If your kids want a unique trick-or-treat experience in Westport, this is it! Come trick-or-treat at the Grays Harbor Lighthouse! Elementary school-aged children are welcome, accompanied by an adult. The lighthouse will be lit and you will be able to climb to the top from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. They will have lots of candy, as well as non-food treats available for those with allergens or diet restrictions.
49th Annual Halloween Party
Ocean Shores Convention Center
120 W Chance a la Mer NW, Ocean Shores
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
This fun family-friendly event will have plenty of candy for the kids, along with prizes and games. Hosted by the Ocean Shores Firefighters Association, there will be a costume contest for children under 12-years-old at 7:00 p.m.
