Drop-in to the library meeting room between 1 – 7 p.m. to work on your own Zine and/or contribute to the annual collective Zine. There is always a collectively made zine, with participants contributing a page of words and/or art around a specific theme. Past themes have included dreams, animals, secrets, and regret.
The collective zine theme will be put to a vote the week before the event on our instagram account, @olympiazinelibrary.
Snacks and supplies will be provided thanks to the Friends of the Olympia Timberland Library, but feel free to bring your own as well! Supplies provided will include clip art, books & magazines to cut up, and typewriters. Got zine or event related questions? Email directly at zines@trl.org.
No other services will be available after the library closes at 5:00 p.m.
