The 49th annual Arts & Crafts show is moving to Labor Day Weekend this year along with a few changes, such as live entertainment and a beer garden on Saturday. Thousands of unique, handcrafted items created by gifted artists and craft people.

Preventative measures to Keep the Body in Good Condition throughout a Lifetime, Diet, Exercise, Stress Management, and Education. Healing Techniques and Options for Mending an Ailing System. Pharmaceuticals, Herbs, Body Manipulation, and BioFeedback. Coping Techniques for Better Living, Relaxation, Hobbies, Spiritual Practices, and Relationships. Every facet of the event is examined to make it work hard for everyone involved. We promote the event but also promote the vendors. Tickets to the events open the door to speakers and workshops as well as live music and other events. There is no charge for parking.

Shuttle service will be available at Simpson Elementary School. For those wishing to park at the lake, you must have a Discover Pass (passes are available at the park).
Activities include: Camp Pancake Breakfast; Trail Races; Music in the Park; Kids Games and Races; Artists’ Market; Food Vendors and more.
The Chehalis Watershed Festival will be a part of the festivities at the Lake Sylvia Fall Festival. Look for exhibitors by the lake and try out the fun arts, crafts and water-related learning activities with your whole family.

Come and enjoy great music, vendors, food, and beer garden on the grounds of the Westport Maritime Museum. This 3 day music festival encompasses all genres of music.
Come and enjoy great music, vendors, food, and beer garden on the grounds of the Westport Maritime Museum. This 3 day music festival encompasses all genres of music.
The cost of the ticket covers entry into a door prize drawing, live entertainment, non-alcoholic drinks, and a large German themed meal. Beer and wine will be available for purchase.
All money raised will be used to help our neighbors in the Grays Harbor community. Projects include expanding 1st Presbyterian’s facility into a larger community garden, purchasing hygiene and school items for distribution by local churches and nonprofits, other assistance for families and neighbors in need, and funding Saron’s new monthly after school and free dinner program. The festival also features a popular cook-off, hands-on water quality exhibits, and is itself a giant a food pavilion with nearly 100 unique items on the menu: BBQ oysters, fritters, spring rolls, garlic shrimp, fresh cider and so much more. Better yet, your culinary adventure supports about 100 local non-profit service clubs and organizations, as well as funding scholarships and local community improvement projects.
5th Annual Beer Festival on the Washington Coast
benefiting The Seabrook Community Foundation. Craft Brewers, Big Foot, Food, & Live Music. Entry fee includes festival admission, 6 beer tasting tickes, BFBF pint glass. Additional tasting tickets available. Food and other vendors cash/credit.

The course will weave through downtown Elma, past the high school and back through the community, ending on Summit Pacific’s community wellness trail and healing garden.

The Peak Health Wellness Fair will host more than 30 vendors who will be providing free information, giveaways and health screenings such as vision, hearing, blood pressure and glucose testing. Thanks in part to Summit Pacific Medical Foundation, children will have access to free bike helmets (while supplies last), important safety lessons at the bike rodeo hosted by Elma High School and have an opportunity to tour vehicles such as an ambulance and fire truck. Some other crowd favorite activities are the massage and reflexology booths!

Event begins at 9:00 AM, Sunday at the Grayland Community Hall.
As part of the Great Washington ShakeOut, tsunami alert sirens will be tested at 10:19 a.m. using the real sound of the siren, not the Westminster Chimes that typically happen during the monthly tests. NOAA weather radios set to receive the required monthly test will also activate during this test. The tests will happen across every coastal community in the state, except for Sandy Point in Whatcom County, which has opted out of the test. The state works with local jurisdictions to install the All Hazard Alert Broadcast sirens on the coast. Five new sirens are being installed this month in Seabrook, Ocean Shores, Bellingham, Port of Chinook and Raymond bringing the total number of coastal sirens to 69.
