Petty Fever is the two time recipient of the “Tribute Band of The Year” award from the Los Angeles Music Awards in Hollywood, CA for 2013 & 2014. They provide a stunning salute to Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, performing over three decades of classic Petty hits such as “American Girl”, “Free Falling”, “Breakdown”, “Running Down a Dream”, “I Won’t Back Down”, “You Wreck Me” and many more to thrilled crowds of all ages.

Please join us for a one-day training for professionals who have a high degree of contact with those at elevated risk of suicide. You will increase your knowledge and skills in suicide risk detection and initial intervention to immediately reduce the risk of suicide. You will also learn about community mental health supports and resources.

A two-way communication link will be set up for anyone to ask questions in real-time with scientists, engineers and educators onboard the E/V Nautilus. In the spirit of the troubadours of old, he paints vivid portraits with stories set in the landscapes of his life, from his home on New Orleans’ Bayou St. John to the Southwest desert, and up to Montana and the Northwest forests.

Every facet of the event is examined to make it work hard for everyone involved. We promote the event but also promote the vendors. Tickets to the events open the door to speakers and workshops as well as live music and other events. There is no charge for parking.

BHP, a leading global resources company, will be holding a public open house to inform the community and interested parties about a potential potash export facility at the Port of Grays Harbor’s Terminal 3 in west Hoquiam.

Kaleidoscope Belly Dance presents “Mosaic In Motion”, a celebration of performing arts, providing an environment for expression of movement for performers of all genres, ages, and levels of experience.
This interactive, hands-on workshop will cover board responsibilities, operations, development, fundraising, and advocacy. It is based on the Boards in Gear resources developed in partnership with some of our state’s leading board experts. You will leave with concrete action steps, tools, and connections.
This workshop is designed for board members and the people who work with them, namely executive directors and program staff. It offers ideas for new board members and those who have served for a long time. It is appropriate for organizations of all sizes, whether they have staff or not.
Join us for the third annual “Harvest by the Sea”, a benefit dinner honoring Coastal Harvest. The evening starts off with Cocktail Hour at 6:00 pm featuring beer brewed right here in the harbor by Steam Donkey Brewing Company and a wine paring poured by GH Wine Sellars. As you are enjoying a selection of delicious appetizers, entertainment will be provided by Ericka Corban, as seen on “The Voice”. Dinner will be catered by Mill 109 and served at 7:00 pm. The evening will wrap up with a “Desert Auction” where you will have the opportunity to select from a variety of cakes, cupcakes, pies and much more made specially for this event.
