Raindrop Cooperative Preschool will be celebrating over 30 years in Grays Harbor County. We will be holding our annual spring auction on Saturday March 22, at 6:00pm. You are invited to mark your calenders and invite friends to this event!

Fashion at the Sellar will be featuring clothes from, JT’s, Bodacious Beauties, Hangers, Harbor Shoes, Dennis Company, as well as jewelry from Stellar & Dot and makeup from Mary Kay. Julie Rajcich will also be on hand photographing our wonderful models and event. Ticket prices are $20.00 and a portion of ticket sales will go to benefit the Domestic Violence Center. A fun night for both men and womenat the same time raising money for a great organization.
On Saturday, March 29th, the Grays Harbor College HUB will turn into a 1920’s Speakeasy for the Annual Aberdeen Rotary Auction. Proceeds of this annual event helps the Aberdeen Rotary Foundation continue to provide grants and scholarships in the community.

Dancing with Your Stars returns to the Bishop Center, this time sponsored by the Grays Harbor College Foundation as a fundraiser for World Class Scholars. As for last year’s show, the new cast of dazzling dancers from the Harbor will train with professional dancers the week prior to the Saturday evening benefit show.
All proceeds from this benefit show will go the World Class Scholars program. Last year’s Dancing With Your Stars sold out early, and tickets for this show, since it directly benefits the future education of our youth, will go quickly too!
If you’re already a pinhole photographer, or someone who’s interested in learning more about pinhole, please join the class. Professional Tokeland photographer, Marcy Merrill, will have her 10’x10′ traveling Camera Obscura set up on the winery grounds. An informal pinhole workshop will be available as well. Pintoid cameras will be available for purchase at an amazingly affordable price!

Westport Winery has announced the menu for its Inaugural Mother’s Day Winemaker Dinner with Director of Winemaking, Dana Roberts. This five-course meal is limited to 18 guests and reservations are recommended.
This special evening begins with Strawberry Brie en Croute with Basil, Red Onion, Balsamic Reduction and Hint of Vanilla paired with Going Coastal and Fresh Orange Juice Mimosa. The second course is Fresh Broccoli Bisque with Brown Butter Croutons and Grated Parmesan paired with Mercy Hard Apple Cider. The third course is a Baby Spinach Salad with Crispy Bacon, Sliced Almonds, Hard-Boiled Egg and Warm Balsamic Vinaigrette paired with Bordello Blonde. The main course is Westport’s signature Surf and Turf with primeCertified Angus Beef Filet Mignon and Mermaids on Horseback (bacon-wrapped prawns with pineapple-horseradish glaze), Baked Yukon Gold Potato with Herbed Butter, and Sesame Seared Garden Vegetables paired with Nirvana. The Art Expo features incredible artists from all over the Northwest. You are sure to be intrigued with a variety of juried art available to grace your
home.
The Roadside Chainsaw Carvers will be active in the parking lot, creating works of art for your lawn, garden or home. An auction will be held Sunday afternoon. What will they create to intrigue you?
The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary will lead this years Memorial Service at 12:00 p.m., May 24th in the convention centers grass courtyard. What a great opportunity to commemorate a friend or family member. You will be able to post a note, picture or photo in their honor and to remind us all the true meaning of this holiday.
