This Saturday, Seabrook’s Fall Tour of Homes will feature 16 well-appointed beach vacation homes, for sale and rent, all open to the public from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

This is your chance to experience intimate beach cottages, homes with ocean views, and the first finished home in the new Farm District. Released just one year ago, Seabrook’s Farm District has quickly grown and is becoming a true farm neighborhood by the ocean in the Pacific Northwest. You may be quite surprised to see the progress made since this time last year.

“This is our biggest tour of homes we’ve had and all of the homes are either for sale or feature house plans which we have for sale,” said Robyn Roloff, one of Seabrook’s three sales agents.

When entering Seabrook, follow signs to the Farm District. There are acres of ample parking, a hay bale maze to explore, and two Seabrook shuttles to transport you from home to home. In addition to the Farm District’s Rosebud B model home “Farm to Sea,”, Seabrook will also offer a sneak peak of the nearly-completed Blueberry and Buttercup Orchard Cottages.

On the ocean side, several oceanfront homes will be featured. On homesite 311, visit one of Seabrook’s Signature Homes located in the Elk Creek neighborhood. It has been outfitted by Seabrook’s SeaWorthy Home utilizing a Northwest pallet, natural fabrics, and cozy comforters and pillows for the perfect night on the oceanfront.

Looking for something a little different? “The Togadera,” smiles Roloff, “is a must-see, unique entertaining house decorated by the renowned couple, Courtney and Bob Novagratz. If you are looking for something fun, you may find your happy place here.”

Seabrook has built 300 homes, but what’s next? The Town Center, featuring a Main Street with unmatched ocean views, flanked by live-work units and more retail shops and restaurants. You can see the groundwork taking place at the end of Front and Meriweather streets. If you’d like to experience what living in this urban neighborhood is like, make sure to tour through Fish Tales – located just above Seabrook Kids, a favorite shop for kids of all ages. It is a prime example of the new live-work units which will begin construction in the next few months.

When the Tour of Homes ends at 3:00 p.m., make your way to the Seabrook Sales Office for a guided town tour with founder, Casey Roloff. You’ll have a chance to learn about the “art of townmaking” and the use of New Urbanism elements in Seabrook. After the tour, wine and cheese will be served in the Sales Office for anyone wanting more information about available homes or vacation rentals.

Guests are also encouraged to bring their bike or rent one in town from Buck’s Bikes, one of the 19 independently owned merchants in Seabrook.

See you at the beach!
