The Aberdeen Rotary Club honors students that set themselves apart in their Academic, Athletic, and Community Service endeavors.

Bailey Harper has maintained a GPA of 3.7 and is 15th out of 216 in her class at Aberdeen High School. She plans to go to a 4 year university next fall to study either Athletic Training or Physical Therapy. She has been an Executive Chair for Foodball for the last two years. She is also involved in many club activities including ASB, Leadership, Honors Society, FBLA, Outdoor School and Young Life. Bailey has received multiple honors including the Daughters of American Revolution Award, the People’s Choice Award, and the Silver and Gold Award.

Bailey is very involved in Outdoor School that demands over 100 hours per year of community service educating 6th graders in the Aberdeen School District about the environment. She tutors 1st – 6th graders in the Robert Gray Elementary After-School Program for two hours a day, four days a week. She assists in fundraising for Young Life to help support others who can’t afford the camp costs.

Bailey is part of ASB at Aberdeen High School and is an active participant in the leadership at AHS. As part of the school leadership she has helped to plan assemblies, prom and other events. She also runs the school’s radio station (The KAHS) twice a week.
