Please join Grays Harbor Community Hospital for our Rock Your Health Fair on Saturday, January 28 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at The Shoppes at Riverside (formerly the South Shore Mall) in Aberdeen.
More than 40 vendors will be represented in a free, family friendly day of learning and fun. Performances include two dance and cheer performances by local dancers, an appearance by Ms. Grays Harbor as well as fire safety tips and a working fire truck from the Aberdeen Fire Department.
“In an effort to bring all of the best health resources together for the community we are looking forward to hosting this great event,” said Nancee Long, Director of Marketing and PR for Grays Harbor Community Hospital. “It is the hospital’s greatest desire to be a conduit of information to improve the health and well-being of Grays Harbor County residents.”
In addition to the fun performances and family activities, visitors can access blood pressure checks, sign up for a free mammogram, consult with experts about insurance options and more. Community vendors who will be participating include Grays Harbor YMCA, Lifeline, ABC Dental, RehabVisions Physical Therapy and many more.
Spend your Saturday having fun and improving your health. This event is free to the public and promises a fun outing for the whole family.
