100 Artist and Craft Vendors surround the Downtiwn core. Kids cornet, live entertainment all day and 4 block of classic cars. Evening concert at the D&R Theater featuring KANSAS. All day family fun.
Come out to Rokfest 6, the annual music event to raise funds for the South Pacific County Humane Society! Local Harbor favorite band Six Pack Pretty will play 80’s cover tunes, with Woodland,WA-based band Stiffler opening. All proceeds go to help animals in need! Admission is free, with donations accepted.
Fantastic prizes will be raffled off throughout the evening, all for a great cause.
Come dance the night away at this fun annual community event that makes a difference. Ages 21+. Event runs from 8:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. At Charlie’s Tavern, 313 South Main St., in Montesano.
Elma Chamber of Commerce is hosting “Meet the Candidates” luncheon, featuring candidates running for positions on the ballot for East County. The public is invited to join us at noon, Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Stay Beyond Inn & Suites conference center in Elma.
The luncheon will begin with candidates introducing themselves and sharing why they want to run for the office and their qualifications. Public may ask questions of candidates following all introductions. Candidates expected to attend are those running for Grays Harbor Commissioner, State Senator Legislative District 19 & 24, Grays Harbor Superior Court Judge, P.U.D. Commissioner and District Court #1.

Jeremy Kittel is an American fiddler, violinist, and composer. Fluent in multiple genres, his original music draws from traditional roots, jazz, Celtic, classical, eletronic, and more. He has composed and arranged for artists Jars of Clay, Yo-Yo Ma, and the Silk Road Ensemble. The Trio appeared in “Prairie Home Companion,” in addition to their frequent tours. Montesano United Church will be performing their Cantata on December 11 at 7 pm at the church at 401 East Spruce. The Cantata is the final event of the annual Festival of Lights.
