About Seabrook
Since 2004, Seabrook’s designed coastal community has preserved 350 acres of oceanfront Americana halfway between Seattle and Portland. Designed around the concept of a five-minute walk, environmentally-conscious trails weave through wind-sculpted spruce promenades and cozy New England homes to reach all communal retail and common areas. Featured as Sunset Magazine’s original Idea town in 2013, the inclusive community shares a central amphitheater, oceanfront parks, playgrounds, Town Hall, fire pits, horseshoe pits, heated indoor pool and spa and the spacious Crescent Park. Neighborhoods include Northwest Glen, Pacific Glen, Elk Creek and the Farm District, in addition to coastal rental cottages for seasonal guests.
