“What Dreams May Come”

The late Robin Williams stars in ”What Dreams May Come,” a dramatic, emotional and visually stunning movie that takes the viewer on a metaphysical journey through heaven and hell as it wrestles with love, eternity and the human soul. The 1998 film is the next big screen offering at the historic 7^th Street Theatre in downtown Hoquiam.

Williams, an Academy Award winner for “Good Will Hunting,” plays a man who dies and finds himself in a heaven more amazing than he could have ever dreamed, in scenes that are visually stunning, especially on the big screen. However, when he learns that his wife killed herself after his death and went to hell, he decides to risk eternity in hades for the chance that he will be able to bring her back to heaven.

The movie also stars Cuba Gooding, Jr., Academy Award winner for “Jerry McGuire,” Annabella Sciorra and Max von Sydow.
