Origins. Remnants. Renaissance. Peel back the layers of meaning of places and spaces of special significance to the Harbor region’s identity along a self-guided tour. Then, join us for a reception at the Polson Museum with local historians and discussions of insights and perspectives sparked by the tour. Tour guides and information will be available on April 29 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Hoquiam Library.

The shorebird spectacle happens every year at Grays Harbor National Wildlife Refuge and in other parts of the County. People from around the world come to view this event of hemispheric importance. The Festival works to bring people together for this incredible natural phenomenon.

Tour various kinds of Seabrook homes, including our furnished Signature Homes in Elk Creek, available resales throughout town, Signature Homes and the gorgeous model home in the Farm District, and many more. As you check out all the different houses, you’ll find live music and refreshments across the various neighborhoods.

There will be a joint effort between the Coastal Interpretive Center and our local VFW Post 8956 to have a really large garage sale on the weekend of Memorial Day.
Donations will be accepted at the VFW between 9am and 11 am Monday through Friday, starting the 20th of March and running up till the weekend of the sale. If you need to drop off items other than between these hours, please call and leave a message 360-591-7595 and we will be pleased to set up a time. Also if you need things picked up please call the same number.
