Please join us for an evening of cowboy music and poetry with Kerry Grombacher. Kerry plays contemporary folk and Western songs on the guitar and mandolin. In the spirit of the troubadours of old, he paints vivid portraits with stories set in the landscapes of his life, from his home on New Orleans’ Bayou St. John to the Southwest desert, and up to Montana and the Northwest forests.

Kaleidoscope Belly Dance presents “Mosaic In Motion”, a celebration of performing arts, providing an environment for expression of movement for performers of all genres, ages, and levels of experience.
Join us for the third annual “Harvest by the Sea”, a benefit dinner honoring Coastal Harvest. The evening starts off with Cocktail Hour at 6:00 pm featuring beer brewed right here in the harbor by Steam Donkey Brewing Company and a wine paring poured by GH Wine Sellars. As you are enjoying a selection of delicious appetizers, entertainment will be provided by Ericka Corban, as seen on “The Voice”. Dinner will be catered by Mill 109 and served at 7:00 pm. The evening will wrap up with a “Desert Auction” where you will have the opportunity to select from a variety of cakes, cupcakes, pies and much more made specially for this event.
Come and enjoy great music, vendors, food, and beer garden on the grounds of the Westport Maritime Museum. This 3 day music festival encompasses all genres of music.

The American Lung Association is holding Reach the Beach, an inaugural bike riding fundraiser, on Saturday, September 30. This event has staggered starts in Lacey (100 mile), Olympia (80 mile), Elma (44 mile), Cosmopolis 25 mile) with the finish line in Westport.
The last stop on the ride before the finish is at Westport Winery Garden Resort between 1pm and 4pm. The event closes with dinner on the beach for the anticipated 1000 participants. The race organizers will be selling Westport’s wines by the glass to participants and their guests during dinner.
The cost of the ticket covers entry into a door prize drawing, live entertainment, non-alcoholic drinks, and a large German themed meal. Beer and wine will be available for purchase.
All money raised will be used to help our neighbors in the Grays Harbor community. Projects include expanding 1st Presbyterian’s facility into a larger community garden, purchasing hygiene and school items for distribution by local churches and nonprofits, other assistance for families and neighbors in need, and funding Saron’s new monthly after school and free dinner program. Events include: Poles, 2-barrel flags, Figure 8, Cal Stack, Key Race, and Barrels. Age divisions are: Pee Wee/8 and under, Junior /3rd.-5th grade, Intermediate/6th- 8th grade, Senior/ 9th.-12th grade, S. Senior/ 19.-34yrs old and Old Timers/35 and over. Cost to participate is just $25 for the day plus $5 arena fee. We offer a $5 discount for 4H or Equestrian team members. Events also include sorting, 2-man ranch and 3-man arena. The SongCatchers will perform their Dreaming In Color Album originally released on A&M Records plus additional songs on October 18th in Aberdeen at the Bishop Center Theater, a performance arts space known for great world music.
Coastal Interpretive Center’s Rayonier: 90 Years of Land Management is a presentation about the 90-year history of Rayonier’s land management and modern forestry practices, presented by Mark Smalley, Engineering Manager, and Dan Stransky, the Senior Timber Marketing Manager for Rayonier’s lands in Oregon and Washington.
The concert is a collaboration of the University’s music department, Office of Campus Ministry and Benedictine Institute. The tradition began 15 years ago as a way of honoring the University’s patron saint, Saint Martin of Tours, whose feast day is November 11.
“The Sacred Music concerts include Renaissance music, gospel, and contemporary music,” says Darrell Born, associate professor of music and Saint Martin’s Chorale director. “Readings and poetry will be interspersed throughout the concert to punctuate the performances.”
