For 2015, Westport Winery is hosting “Dancing Without Scars” one night a month as a fundraiser for Beyond Survival, a domestic violence support group in Aberdeen. Rather than charge guests a cover charge, the winery is offering free live music the third Friday of every month and encouraging dancers to leave a donation for this organization.
Tiffany Maki and Evan Mehlhoff are well-known Harbor musicians who will be returning to the winery for an encore performance.

You might be the winner of a great mystery trip for two while having a Roaring Good Time! Our previous winners have traveled to Seattle, Las Vegas, San Francisco, San Diego, Palm Springs and New Orleans. This year’s 3-night, top-secret trip will be even more exciting!
Single tickets may be purchased for $50 each. Sponsorships are $500 and up.

The Aberdeen Music Boosters’ jazz auction and dinner will be a lively evening of silent and live auctions that take place between student performances.
Admission is free. Dinner tickets are available in advance at Rosevear’s and Flowers by Pollen, or at the door.
Dinner will be served from 5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
The auction is possible thanks to the generosity of Aberdeen families and businesses. Proceeds help support our district’s music program and fund music scholarships.
Outstanding piano and voice students will perform in a concert open to the public for free. These students have participated in the WSMTA educational adjudications program. Highlighting the evening will be performances by Micah Hollen and Clara Park, the state representative and alternate for our local association. Other students performing include: Maria Hasbrouck, James Hamilton, Daniel Han, Megan Peterson, Stephanie Everson, Kevin Eng, Alana Everson, Lizzie Peterson, Emma Marchese, SaraRose Gallo, Megan Folkers, Mallory Schneider, Kendra Gross and Hannah Hamilton. Voice students of Christine Hill and Kari Hasbrouck will be selected to perform after their adjudications this weekend.

How it works: Bring items of clothing in clean, useable condition and receive one ticket for each item. No clothes with stains and tears will be accepted. Then shop from others that have brought in and purchase with your tickets! Each item will get you one ticket and each item will cost one ticket.
All clothes left will be donated to Labor of Love and Aberdeen Missions.

The foundation is collecting both guest registrations and event sponsorships. Over 27 teams participated in 2014, and we are sure that even more will register this year, so make sure to get your registration turned in asap to reserve your spot! Golf registrations include gps carts, access to the driving range and putting greens before play, snacks and beverages throughout the day, fun course games, raffles, signature tee-prizes, BBQ awards dinner and silent auction.

The Beach Babes Relay for Life Team of Willapa Bay is hosting a luminary tribute to those that have battled cancer. Luminaries can be purchased for $5 at The Blue Buoy, The Islander, and The Painted Pelican. Luminaries will be placed at 8:00 p.m. on the esplande (walkway) and the names of those being honored will be read at 9:00 p.m. at the derby booth. Luminaries can also be purchased the night of the event near the derby booth.

Survivors can register on-line prior to the Relay by going to RelayForLifeofGraysHarbor.org, click on “join” and fill out the form. Or they can call 1-800-227-2345 and do it over the phone. This allows them to not stand in line at Relay to register and get their free t-shirt and 2015 survivor medal — they can just go right to the t-shirt line, tell us they are registered, and get them without waiting. We will have special reserved seating at the Start/Finish line for our Survivors, as well as snacks in the Survivor tent prior to the start of Relay.

Join the North Beach Singers on a magical journey through the wonderful world of Disney music. Selections will include early classics to recent releases.

The theme for this spring concert is “A Night at the Oscars,” featuring movie classics as well as a few surprises. Under the baton of conductor William Dyer, the Grays Harbor Symphony Orchestra also shines the spotlight on talented young musicians, selected to perform at this concert by area music teachers.
Let us welcome Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance to Seabrook and Grays Harbor Community and show them that we are committed and we want to get our hands dirty. Please be a part of the team in creating this new adventure for Seabrook, the local community and Grays Harbor County.
